Q: What are the charges for these services?
A: Charges depend on the type of service and Service Provider chosen. Charges usually start from INR 500 to help you set up your Amazon account, gather all documents required for brand registry or exemptions, and coordinate with Amazon on your behalf to help you launch. Service Providers run periodic offers and promotions. Prices may vary with the Service Providers selected. Cost of imaging and cataloguing, if used, is exclusive of Fly charges.
Q: Will the Service Provider come to my store/warehouse to create my account?
A: Generally, this service does not require store/warehouse visit. Service Providers can get the required information from you over phone and/or e-mail. However, if you have specific requirements which require a visit, Service Providers can come there.
We recommend that you create a separate sub-account with limited privileges for Service Providers to create listings or perform other operations rather than giving them access using your master account.

Q: How much time will it take to complete a job once I hand over my products?
A: Time to complete a job depends on the volume of products and availability of necessary documentation. Typically, time to get the final edited catalogue is 3-5 days for table-top and 5-7 days for apparels from the time you sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with your Service Provider.
Q: Will I go live at the end of the engagement?
A: Service Providers can help you set up your account and meet the pre-go live criteria on Amazon. However, Amazon has the discretion not to launch a seller if he/she violates their listing agreement.
