Q: What are the charges for these services?
A: Charges depend on the service and Service Provider chosen by you. There are two methods of charging a seller: either by monthly subscription or by obtaining a percentage of sales. These rates vary with the Service Providers.
For example, say a Service Provider X charges higher of Rs. 2500/month or 2.5% of GMS for the Boost package. Say your GMS is Rs. 5,00,000. Service Provider fees will be Rs. 12,500 (higher of 2.5% * 5,00,000 and Rs. 2500).
Q: Will the Service Provider come to my store/warehouse to update my account?
A: Service Providers can gather the required information from you over phone and email. We recommend that you create a separate sub-account with limited privileges for Service Providers to perform these operations rather than giving them access using your master account.

Q: How much time will it take to complete a job once I give instructions?
A: Time to complete a job depends on the service required and your pre-agreed turnaround time with the Service Provider. Typically, time required by the service is mentioned in the MOU that you sign with Service Providers.
